1. Age Limit (as on 31.07.2026)
- Candidate ki maximum age 64 years se zyada nahi honi chahiye as on 31 July 2026.
- Engagement period ke dauran candidate ki age 65 years cross nahi honi chahiye.
2. Work Experience
- Candidate HPCL ya kisi anya PSU Oil & Gas Company ke retired (superannuated) employee hone chahiye.
- Relevant department (Static, Rotary, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil ya Operations) me minimum 5 years ka experience hona anivarya hai.
- Refinery Major Shutdowns / Turnarounds (TA) me hands-on execution, field coordination aur planning ka experience rakhne wale candidates ko preference di jayegi.
3. Other Conditions
- Retirement aur re-engagement ke beech me minimum 2 months ka cooling period pura hona chahiye.
- Service period ke dauran koi major penalty nahi honi chahiye aur last 10 years me koi minor penalty nahi honi chahiye.

Selected candidates ka monthly fee unke last drawn basic salary + DA ke basis par calculate kiya jayega, jisme Annuity ka notional payment adjust kiya jayega as per company guidelines. Iske alawa monthly conveyance reimbursement aur mobile expenses company rules ke hisab se milenge.
