Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Science with Chemistry as a subject in all three years / six semesters.
Service Eligibility
Only permanent Workmen/Employees of SECL with one year of service as on 31.03.2026 are eligible to apply. Employees working in higher grades are not eligible.
Other Conditions
- Minimum attendance criteria as per notification.
- ACR of 2024-25 should not be “Poor”.
- Candidates must upload all required documents (Degree + all Marksheets, Caste Certificate if applicable, etc.).
Selection Process
The selection process will be based solely on a Written Examination (OMR based MCQ).

- Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark per question; No Negative Marking.

- Subject Knowledge (Chemistry & Technical): 60 Marks
- Mental Ability / Quantitative Ability / Logical & Reasoning: 20 Marks
- General Awareness & Knowledge regarding CIL/SECL, State (CG & MP): 20 Marks
Qualifying Marks
- General Category: 40%
- SC/ST Category: 30%
Tie-Breaking Criteria
Date of Appointment → Date of Birth → Alphabetical Order of Name.
