Selection Process
- Draughtsman (Post Codes 1-6): Skill Test in Engineering Drafting Software (AutoCAD). Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in P&IDs, PFDs, Layouts, and Isometric drawings.
- Engineer / Manager / AGM (Post Codes 7-34): Personal Interview. The interview will focus on technical knowledge (Core Engineering), experience (Project Design, Estimation, Codes like ASME, API, TEMA), and Communication/Team Management skills.
