Bihar Vidhan Parishad PA, DEO, LDC & Stenographer Recruitment 2026 Admit Card Out

Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP), Government of Bihar, has released the Phase-II Admit Card on the official website for the recruitment of Personal Assistant (PA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC) & Stenographer Posts. The Phase-II Exam for PA and Stenographer will be conducted on 02 May 2026. Candidates can check their Phase-II Admit Card using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth by logging into the portal. The application process for this recruitment (Advt.No:02/2025) started on 28 November 2025 and concluded on 05 January 2026.

Personal Assistant (PA) Candidate must have a graduate degree with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. Level-07 (₹44,900–1,42,400)
Data Entry Operator (DEO) Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour. A computer certificate like ADCA or one from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable. Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100)
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. Level-02 (₹19,900–63,200)
Stenographer Candidate must have Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100)
