Eligibility Criteria

1. Degree in Law from a recognized University.

2. Certificate of computer proficiency (40 w.p.m. English typing) or exemption.

3. For Practicing Advocates: Minimum 5 years practice in Bombay High Court or its Subordinate Courts.

4. Preference for 80 w.p.m. English Shorthand + 35 w.p.m. typing and Marathi knowledge.

Selection Process

The selection process involves two stages:

  • Screening / Written Test (100 marks)
  • Viva-voce (50 marks)

Salary Details
Pay Scale Rs. ₹ 92,960 – ₹ 1,36,520 Per Month + allowances
